In addition, when using this Site's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this Site will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Site.

2. Description of Service

Indian-Music.com is a platform that connects artists with users seeking to book them for private concerts and events ("Services"). We provide tools for artists to create profiles, manage their availability, and for users to discover and contact artists. Our role is strictly limited to that of a facilitator.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Site, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Artist Profiles and User-Generated Content

Artists may create profiles, upload images, and provide information about their skills, location, and services. By creating a profile, you grant Indian-Music.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content in connection with the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

5. Bookings and Financial Transactions

Indian-Music.com is a discovery platform and is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between users and artists. All financial arrangements, including but not limited to fees, payment terms, and cancellations, are to be negotiated and handled directly between the user and the artist. We do not process payments and shall not be held liable for any financial disputes, non-payment, or any other issues arising from the booking agreement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Post any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," or any other form of solicitation.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Indian-Music.com and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Indian-Music.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall Indian-Music.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with your access to, display of, or use of this Site or with the delay or inability to access, display or use this Site. This includes any disputes between users and artists.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
